Beauty like a rose,

Pure hearts like violets
Cupid,
A sending from cupid.

I received cupid's arrow,
To the bitterness of my heartbreak.
My soul reaches yours
A binding of hearts

The capturing of lovers,
Touching hands.
An angel so perfect
A creation of hard hearts,
Yet so tender.

Looking at your eyes,

Your adorning beauty,
A mesmerising for all ages.
