We had guests at our place
on and off round the year,
Cause grandma lived with us,
Dad had four brothers and four sisters,
They with their families would be mostly at our place on the pretext of seeing how grandma was.
So every school holidays mum would social distance our family to our farm in a small village,
She made sure dad left grandma with one of his siblings.
She said the social distancing helped her to get rest and peace,
We also had family time.
