Mar 2020
Hunger is blinding
Humanity is silent
At least until the lights
Are turned back on
We share memories with the whales
As seagulls fly sideways
Dripping stormy music
All over our wet bodies
Drunk on snails and sandalwood
I burn incense and whisper treasures
Hundreds of clouds found you lying
On the naked banks of the Danube
