Do you believe you're missing out?
that everything good is happening somewhere else?
I think it's time for me to checkout
I'm not scared to die but I'm a little scared of what comes after
will Jesus embrace me with open arms
or will he scold me with laughter
perhaps we will banter together about stuff that doesn't matter
after a while, we'll say goodbye to each other
I'll go back to the place where I'm set ablaze
and watch him while he's praised
I know he'll pray for me
forever and always.
