7 a.m.

it's that moment when you are

completely void

and after closing your eyes

for a good eight hours

you finally open them

gazing out the window sill

a new sunshine stares

right in your morning face

a new day awaits

but you don't have to worry

about that just yet

you don't have to worry

about yesterday's complications

nor today's dilemmas

you don't have to be anxious

about tomorrow

or even next week

instead you just stay and lay down

with a clear, refreshed mind

and not giving a care

about anything or anyone

not just yet

and you lay still

in complete serenity

being in your own utopia

enjoying every millisecond of it

but then the alarm clock rings

and reality begins
