ON  ROSE DAY

From you, if ever I got a rose,

Hold it I would, to my heart close.

And many beautiful poems compose.

With it in my hands, for a picture I would pose.

As such I love flowers, specially the rose.

And that too, if it was from you; a red rose !!!

With a note," this for you, I specially chose".

"Chose it for you I did, my darling rose."
