Florida winter sun seeps through my eyes and
awakens me.
I turn my head towards the window.
I see smokey clouds blanket the sky in a rosy, cozy way.
Husky blues swirl the morning haze as the minutes fly by
stirring the morning day.
I hear herons, blue birds and owls coo through palms standing high
now under all blue sky.
