Privilege       she says
must be conquered
and  defended

Family
as an endangered species
a  pedestal       bristling with mouldings
preventing your body from collapse
a gabion wall
against desire's avalanche

I held her back hand on shoulder
till she loosened abruptly herself
"We don't look for the same in each other "
said one of the two of us

I got lost
on my way back home
blue-white mountains in the distance
punched into the sky
