A thick skin he has.
When others question him about his woman
He heard the rumors circulating about her past.
But he doesn't care.

He more likely to toss a question back.
That those without sin hadn't been located yet.
We all on this here earth has made mistakes to regret.

Some, say she was this in her youth.
And tries in vain to offer him proof.
Which he declines.

He lives by the rules of judge not, to be not judged.
Cause the jury of opinions gets upset when the truth comes out about them.

He lives by the golden rule of truth.
That if you can't say nothing nice.
Then say nothing, at all.

She ask him nothing about his.
He ask her nothing about hers.
It's been that way since they fell in love.

They have build their world of protection.
To defend the love of one another.
Especially, when outsiders looking in.
