Hands shaking free,
Panic in my head
The voices telling me
I wish I was dead

The flashbacks I swears their getting worse
It's ongoing curse
The sweats,the tears
The ever lasting fear

Re living it again
What had been said,
What had been done
Does this sound fun!?

The endless nightmares
The endless triggers
Making me feel guilty
For gods unrepentant sinners

Why cant I forget and forgive?
Why can't I move on?
That's what you say
Its mental Illness I have in my brain!
This is a true battle in some peoples life and the more we know about the better #endthestigma #don'tsufferinsilence
