I guess the cart wants to start Halloween weeks earlier

The fact I witness a hairy beard on the cart around the right wheel
It was definitely a surprise
Perhaps I just didn’t realize
That hairy beard could have been there all along
I may not have noticed
The mail cart seems prepared for trick or treat
I guess it was an introduction being a small peek
But in my mind, the hairy beard on the mail cart will always be a reminder being a circumstance
