Spin the barren recesses
for they console

As hollow words
are wrecking souls

Of dimming light
we claim to know

Greater love lays beyond
every letting of letting go

Dusty lands on vain paths
of heartless cobwebs

Such a darkened mind
to long been known
in dark artistry's

upon trails
of filthy
feats

Where the springs
of living colors

have been cast out
in poor selections of
free willing claimants

for knowledge only

never out witted
nor a drop possibly
misappropriated
in leaking out

whereby love
not air given
by a mistaken
bit of breathing

For even an
eerie consolation
to the sun
stolen
