Women taking over?
Is this something we should be talking about?
Or people coming together?

We hear about unequal pay and most likely it won't change.
And there are factors we refuse to acknowledge.

In action movies mainly a male attraction.
The male actor will get greater pay.
Say Clint Eastwood and instantly unknown or ***** Harry ring bell to many.

Now, name a woman?

Say, Armold, Say, Sylvester and the list goes on.

It's like a college degree too.
Some male or female with multiples will earn more.
More than one with just a high school diploma.

But we as people should concentrate on that.
This is a people word and this outweighs any gender pay scale.
