My coffee candy was melting
as I wait in a wooden swing
the green grass of this meadow
outnumbered blue skies in my days

Birds started humming
my eyes closed to take it in
I breathed a heavy feeling
opened my eyes, sinned and grieved

Then you are there
standing, waiting
telling me it will be safe
stretching your hand
you are my calling

The only sanity
that I have left
3rd of the 7th
