They say that it'll be okay,
just give it some time,
but they don't warn us,
for it to go away,
it comes with a price,

So I pay it with all I have,
and hope as much as I could
that someday, someday, these memories will leave,
and my life could be somewhat good,

But maybe it wasn't enough
after all this waiting,
because it somehow still hurts,
and I can still feel the hating

So now the only thing left,
is to let death give its gift of ending the pain,
as I pay for its curse,

After all, it always ends in vain
