I'm painting a picture
In my frame of mind
A little abstract
A bit out of the lines
Hoping it looks
Exactly like
The thoughts in my head
I've colored this time

I'll sign my name
So I'll know who I am
For later in life
In case I forget
I might paint a hint
On the back of my hand
So if I lose a clue
I can wave where I'm at

With my mind blowing free
As I pass the time
