MUCH  LIGHTER
I went with heavy load, anguish and gloom
to meet the man to whom l could unfold
the worries that inside my heart had crept
and made me stagger in a world so cruel.

He listened, smiled and helped me to unload.
I left the place in peace, on flying wings.
I felt so light and thought that l could fly
to reach a sky so high and full of joy.

The worries l had felt all went away.
So cheerful got my night and so my day.
The peace , that l had missed, returned to me
and l got free from all anxiety.

A meeting, short and brief, regained my poise
and rendered me so light to glide above
the worries of the world that brought me down.
It pleased me through remission of all sins.
