Who do I write for a lover lost? or loverΒ Β found?
Or a passer bye? Now that's profound
Write for a wage or write for supper
It's just words from one to another
So to clear the air and set things straight
I WRITE FOR ME! Make no mistake
A naughty poet, that's not me
You must see more than I've wrote down
You twist the verse to suit your cause
But If my words stir in you a thought or feeling to think or do
Then a happy poet I shall be and hope it makes you full of glee
But if you twist my words and think your subject of their verse
Go and have a quiet word !!!
You missed the point your off the page and having your own little rage
If I wrote personally to one dear soul in private so you got it wrong.
