In the beginning
There lies a dream,
To learn the unknown,
To see the unseen.
The oceans to cross,
The lands of the world,
The end of the trail
Where you win the girl.
Don't stop looking
For a song to sing;
Keep on yondering.

For your journey
You're set to embark,
Prepared to be fired
To light up the dark.
Despite people's words,
You know you won't fall.
On top of the world,
You'll look down on 'em all.
Don't stop looking
For a song to sing;
Keep on yondering.

Romance is a myth
That finally bursts thru
Past the grips of the dreams
That cause you much rue.
You find your love
Creeps slyly in front
Of your eyes and smiles,
She gently taunts.
Don't stop looking
For a song to sing;
Keep on yondering.

Somewhere my love
Lies sleeping all alone,
In some dreary town
She thought I'd call home.
Behind those lights
That stand like guards,
I left not a thought,
Only my regards:
“Don’t stop looking
For a song to sing;
Keep on yondering.”
