A temple of gods,
Brought bright days,
From places of darkness and solitude,
Blessing man with hope,
And art, as if some divine spirit did overtake,
Oracles of Delphi,
Spouting this and that,
Humanity listening intently,
To ravings of madness,
Taking it as the voice of god.
