It amazes me how we as humans are so afraid of each other, to show ourselves and to simply speak what lies within our hearts. Yet we are angered when no one is around when we need them or they don’t trust us enough to talk openly.

We all have our defenses up, strategies plotted for a war that society controls and somehow here we are, sitting in silence wishing for someone to let their guard down.

Why do we fear the real and raw?
Are we scared of what’s within ourselves rather than what’s in others?
I say this behind a mask, behind walls built by an obscured imagination.

Storm my defenses, tear down this castle of fear and come sit with me in the ruins of these lies. Let me show you my heart, a tender tale of hopes and dreams.

I just went with the flow on this one, the pending questions and confusion
