Today got the whole day off
sniff some flowers went back to sleep
day off dreams so bizarre so surreal
awoke to a knock on the door
Shela has come round with the kids
invite them in what a din
kids play out after bribes with sweets
Shela sobs like hell
draining my wine and hanky store
remind her I am working tomorrow
she forces the kids back in the car and leaves
car fumes play with my nose
dame the kids have left things behind

I call her
Tomorrow.
