I think in
rhythm;
I think
in rhyme.
I think
I am—
I know
I’m Time.

I was here
before
and I’ll be
here after.
Now
when I cry
time
moves faster.

So please pardon
the jargon
I speak,
because if
I cry
the year will end
in a week.

Say
I’m crazy—
I’ll tell you
it’s true,
but for
every lie
I’ll cry
for you.

Cry for you,
my love,
because
you’ll never see
what I am
and shall
forever be.

It’s almost
as if
you are blind
because you
don’t know—
I am Time.
Dont go
