A little flower
Planted in God’s garden--
I grow,
Nurtured by his hand.
Betimes the morning dew descends,
The sun beams,
The rain pours.
And scattered winds
May cause me to bobble.
But still the motley colors
Are radiant and fair—
For I stand in his courts
Amongst the others there.
A testament to God’s mercy and care.
His compassion is enduring.
