Sometimes I wonder-
"Is loving something temporary worthwhile?"
But-
When I think about what I love,
I realize

For me,
People aren't temporary,
They leave legacies that can last forever.
People leave their love-
their wisdom
their hobbies
their secrets
And-
I've realized
For me, people aren't temporary

Now-
When I think of what I love,
I know it's worthwhile
And my wondering isn't so lost anymore-
Because for me,
People aren't temporary
