My body and soul
Have been separated
Since birth.
These legs of mine
Walk over patches
Of green,
But my one
Heart travels on
Concrete.
Towers of palm
Soar high above my head,
But my mind is surrounded
By skyscrapers instead.
These suburbs
Are my playground,
Here I am king.
But the city is what I
Love,
Without it,
I am nothing.
