They judge you for crying,
for not being stronger.
Then blame you for trying
to not live any longer.
Like it's your fault
you are like this,
but once you're gone,
they'll utter
"Oh you will be missed"

Tell you to wake up
to reality
when you couldn't even
put yourself to sleep
At night you cry at pillows
your tears are sinking deep

They smirk at your condition
"It is all in your head"
But in front of everybody,
they shout,
"We support mental health!"

They'll ask you
why you're sad
ask for a tons of reason
But you don't even know why
and why you,
of all people?

They invalidate
your feelings
"All you need is attention!"
But when you die,
they'll whisper,
"I wonder what's the reason"

But all along
they'll wash
their hands
It's as if
they are clean.
But the ones who
pretend they don't
are the ones
*who unintentionally ****.
I, for one, is clinically diagnosed. And this is what I think about the world. What is happening, what triggers, what takes the last straw.
