Teeth bite the flesh
of the
apple
inviting

the explosion
of taste

bliss

not
denying

the
fragrant smell
of the juice underlying

it covers my tongue
like
a princess
I'm dying.

It took
just one bite
fruit poisoned
with lying.

The sleep
will be welcome
when I'm over the crying.

Once
cherished apple
can rot in my hand.

As I wait
for the kiss
of a non
hiss
Serpent
man.
Inspired by Jelords poem about happy ever afters, which made me properly laugh out loud x
I still Believe though...
I do, I do, I do
:)
