When drinking that wine,
Recognize the sign,
And draw the line.

With each greasy bite,
Try something lite,
To balance out the fight.

It’s fine to unwind,
But don’t be confined,
Exercise the body and mind.

Live in moderation,
Building a strong foundation,
One based on calculation.
