Mar 2017
i waken vaguely
to hear the raindrops
dripping, dripping, dripping
in my somnolence
i understand
what they are saying
i see everything
in a different light
i do not think
i just know
i cannot say
there are no words
just sounds
dripping, dripping, dripping
I drift back to sleep
