It's like you've been underwater for too long
That you start to drown
It happens slowly
The water filling your lungs
Pushing the air out violently
Leaving angry red marks down your throat
It's like a demon pushing down on your chest
Clawing at you
It's like when you've cried for too long that your throat starts to close up
It's like sleep paralysis
Your whole body motionless
A fear that fills your whole body
That's what it's like
My aniexty
This is my anxiety. I want to say I wish somebody understood but I wouldn't wish this upon anybody
