It's in the wind
It's in the snow I shoveled for 8 hours
yesterday
I still remember the struggle
Like blood and accident
And that bit where I wet my pants just a little

It's when I'm on my knees
In the snow
Tired and sweaty but it still feels effortless

It is restful in the storm
Like the weather has come inside and stopped
I am empty but it penetrates
Peace, after the struggle is over
