Dec 2016
I rise early this morning
Drinking my coffee to the sound of the blustery wind fluttering around
I become aware the change of season has come to be
The temperature begins to drop day by day
My youth has also dropped deep within me
Outside the winds do beat and quiver
Deep within my heart my youth still flickers
Winter sets in, the wind settles
The daily morning freeze gradually sets my heart at ease
At last, I have realized
The shutter of youth
Has brought peace to my eyes.
