I remember that I lay in your arms as we watched the meteoric sky,
I saw a shooting star
I closed my eyes and made a wish,
I wished that you would stay,
But you didn’t,
So I drank to forget your name.
I remember that night I lay alone in my yard and watched the dazzling sky,
I saw a shooting star,
I shut my eyes and made a wish,
I wished that you would come back,
But you didn’t
So this time I drank to forget my name.
