I wake up with this body
That has a new ache in a new place
But mainly in the heart and mind
With its bumps and curves in some areas
Spots that won't go away in others
But there's a simplicity to this body of mine
I love every inch of it
My body shows the years that have and haven't been pleasant
Every pound of flesh on my body
I adore
From my thighs and ****
To my gut
My body is my temple
And I shall dwell in it for the rest of my life
My body is mine and I will take care of it, protect it, and love it. Look in the mirror naked and appreciate what you were given. Mold your body if you want but not to the point where you're hiding who you are.
