There are many nights like this night
when the warmth of the air
reminds me of the warmth
found in the solace of your embrace

When the stillness of the blackened sky
embodies the emptiness of my soul

and the moon beams...
nothing but broken dreams.

As I, being left alone, hide behind
the bars of my lonely window...
mourning til dawn.

Till I bear them no more.
And no one's the witness,

Except this night.
