Why bother?
Why bother trying?
Why bother looking nice or wearing nice clothes or doing nice thing?
Why bother?
Why bother getting an education?
Why bother trying to make a difference in this world?
Why bother getting married or even impressing that boy who's been staring at you the past hour?
Why bother?
Why bother eating or drinking?
Why bother even pondering the thought of survival?
I don't know about you but as for me I want nothing to do with this conveyor belt that we call life.
One that ends with everyone reduced to nothing but bones in the dirt or dust in the wind.
So again why bother?
Because this inevitability cannot be cheated nor escaped.
Every breath that you've ever taken, or thought you've ever had means nothing to the never ending void that is life.
So I'll ask you again.
Why Bother?
