Poetry and chill
Is just the Netflix and Chill
With one soul
And a wild imagination that just puts blotches of ideas together in one fragment
Containing light or dark
I hate to leave anyone in the dark
It's just not something i want to regret
So i'll take you out of it all
So you can say you survived the fall
We all know those phrases about life
I think i've said some of them in the past
We're always trying to avoid the gun blast
To our souls
By letting someone in
But i have tough skin
They see pretty thin but i see much more within
Let the race begin
To the finish line
Where we try to prove
Whose the best
At holding life by the horns
And who can compose their horns
If you know what i mean
Some people are a movie you've never seen
So i'm about to make your nasty parts clean
Erasing the Poetry and Chill
And just leaving the Poetry to stay
Come back, to fight another day
I know it's been rough
But i know more that you're tough
I'll be your wall of comfort.
Leave the tragic days behind
You have a whole future to create.
I feel odd about this one. Guess it's just me.
