When temptation set in
This is where exercising becomes the motion to begin
Tell the flab to get out
Slim and trim is what I am talking about
Exercise means eat right and not be uptight
Free weights for added strength
Pain and gain at every length
Remember to get your Doctor’s advice
Concentration, you will be strong as a vice
Who says it’s too late to exercise?
Whoever said that surely wasn’t wise
Exercise opens your mind to a new blend
Exercise also helps you to bend
Exercise is what keeps you alert
Nature’s way in being a perk
The health club is only a place to get your exercise on
Repetitions, intensity and sweat is where you belong
The health club is what you might need
Your sore muscles are telling you the need to proceed
Our health club producing proven results
It is every body composition that will be felt
You must understand exactly what body part you want to train
The rest will be a goal leading to aim
Weights in strength, and determination throughout the length.
