Oh boy today, I am so glad,
No more instructions,
Confesses, my nagging dad!
This is a total liberty,
Freedom my dear,
I am free to do anything,
Without any fear,
At least, for some time,
He will not poke his nose,
I am grown up enough to handle,
The brick-bat or a rose,
I am at a free-will to wear my own hat,
Without instructions manual, Do it this way or that,
He is a good man, best dad, I know,
But I needed my own space,
To breathe and to grow!
He is concerned, will not speak a single word,
But I do know he loves me,
And that is what I heard!!
