Running in the middle of the night,
Right through all the mud
And in the rain with all the pain; just to get to you,
Annie, you are the one I've been looking for.
Glory, glory, hallelujah, I found my one true love
Nothing will come between us, Annie, I will protect you. You are my
Girl and I will let nothing hurt you.
You, you are safe forever. I love you, Annie.
This is a poem that I took the letter of each paragraph of
Resume by Dorothy Parker and made my own

PS I don't know an Annie.- From Crazy Dreams are Just a Sign of a Crazy Life
