Were you to say a cloudy sky was clear and blue and sunny,
Or cotton ***** felt rough against the heaven of your skin,
Or for its bitter taste you loathed the very sweetest honey,
Or Mozart's tutti to your ears was a loud unmusical din,

I wouldn't doubt these things to you were in these ways appearing—
That Mozart's music did so much your tender ears offend—
I'd only doubt your touch, your tongue, your sight, and sense of hearing,
And would an extra dose of drugs strongly recommend.
