With purposeful indifference

amid the morbid praise of vampires

where we pretend that pain in love is proof of love

Instead of the obvious truth of our stupidity

Our glorified stupidity !

Our politically induced stupidity !

Our politically correct and emotionally

Sterile and safe stupidity
