Jul 2015
A silent calm had settled on her skin
She tasted the salt blown in from the sea
She heard the words whispered in the air
The breeze caressed the roses swaying to the weather's heartbeat
She walked delicately on the comfortable day
Her eyes touched the green and the blue
The time slowly ticked through her fingers
She slipped on the early evening light ...a perfect fit
She smiled a smile that said she'd always known.
