Creativity, ****** into me from something
called a beginning.
And his deep rumble of a chuckle reminds me
that despite the simplicity of nurture
humans are intricate beings
of an intimate nature.
Even when we do break, in anger or spite,
there's perfection in the heights of our peaks.
So, he slips me slivers of encouragement
with every plunge, buried deep,
before we drift off to sleep.
