T'was on the last day's length
When the Doom Guard made his final pass.

Across the span, his spirit would loom,
Trailing behind fog and forward inspiring doom.

Lead to the Blackened Land they surely were,
Showed astray and cast into a dying blur.

And today not a thing still stands,
Only black crystals glisten across the shaded barren sands.
