if you get lost would i find you here?
if i mapped the course maybe you could steer?
if the tires blew flat would you hitch without me?
i could fix 'em if you didn't doubt me.
if the battery dies what would you do?
i could push start it
but not without you.
if the brakes don't work how fast ya go?
gun through yellow?
or e-brake to slow?
fingers crossed
just barely made it
laugh at death as we evade it
your chariot awaits my dear
if you get lost would i find you here?
i actually wrote this for my female public defender when i was in jail waiting for court. hahaha hope she liked it
