I was living and breathing,
I was moving on,
though the best thing I could do,
was to be missing you.

I left myself in your arms,
the very arms that broke me.
and all I knew to do,
was to be missing you.

I missed every moment,
every kiss, every breath,
I hung off every word,
Whilst I was missing you.

As the days went on,
you eventually missed me too,
though then I was done,
I was done...
missing you.

You missed your chance,
you missed the moment.
missing you has now turned into,
nothing.

Nothing is what you are to me,
Although you could have been...
Everything you now want to be, to me,
*Whilst I was missing you.
