I found god
Huddled up on a street corner
With his hand outstretched & an empty palm
He asked me for a little change
& as I pulled out my wallet he says
"Your money serves me no purpose child,
I asked you for change"
I shook my head & laughed at him & I say
"Look at this beautiful mess you've made
& of all people you ask me for change?"
