Inspired by the hope Left on a tattered park bench The will and strength to cope With what life will throw at you On a sad and dreary day I walked until my feet were sore We all just need a say and I just felt so silent. Until I stumbled to that seat beneath the tall oak tree to rest my tired feet. Where I looked down and read Carved into the old wood "Hang in there stranger, friend" Right then I knew I should. We are never truly alone.

Tattered Park Bench
Inspired by the hope Left on a tattered park bench The will and strength to cope With what life will throw at you On a sad and dreary day I walked until my feet were sore We all just need a say and I just felt so silent. Until I stumbled to that seat beneath the tall oak tree to rest my tired feet. Where I looked down and read Carved into the old wood "Hang in there stranger, friend" Right then I knew I should. We are never truly alone.
Based on true events.
